Ganesh Himal and Ruby valley trek is one of the best available authentic treks in the central part of Nepal following secreted valley trail with accessible drive and walk. Other major highlights of this tour are Ganesh Himal and are understood that it is the most attractive Mountain when compared to the entire Mountain Family. Ganesh Himal is named after Lord Ganesha, son of Mahadev and Parvati. According to Hindu mythology, Lord Shiva (Mahadev) is believed to be among the three Gods who created the entire universe.

Our Ganesh Himal and Ruby Trek begins with a day drive from Kathmandu to Chautara via passing Lhamu highway. Following days walk first part of Tamang heritage trail on terraces to ethnic villages. There are many sketchy ways along Ruby valley Ganesh Himal route and without experienced guides not advisable. First ascend up to Pangsang La Pass which provides the panoramic view of snow peaks including Langtang Himal range, Manaslu range, Annapurna range and Ganesh Himal range. Trek down from Pangsang La to dense picturesque villages Ruby valley, it presence magnificent view of landscapes, boulder mountains, unspoiled cultural warm hospitality of local people. You can dip into hot spring on the bank of Ganesh Himal River. Ruby valley spread in 3 village development at foot of Ganesh Himal, Khading village is an end of the valley. From Khading climb-up on the dense forest to Magnigaoth border between Gorkha and Dhading district then drop down from hill to Budi Gandaki valley, beginning of classical Manaslu circuit trek. From here trek can extern to Manaslu Circuit or lower section of Manaslu or drive back to Kathmandu.

Best Season For Ruby Ganesh Himal Trek:

Ruby valley trek is mild temperature trek neither high nor less except the monsoon. June to the first week of September is a heavy raining period in the valley where often get landslides and cross over the River. Travelers should choose a good time to Ruby valley as long as allowed to take vacation.

Autumn (2nd week of September to November): Autumn is most favorable trekking season in Nepal, the mid-range temperate weather with clear blue-sky offer best view of tantalizing mountains. The mesmerizing landscape in the valley with a different color of grains (Rice and Millet). The longest festival (Dashain) of a year which celebrates entire country also falls in October/November and colorful light festival "Deepawali" also fall in autumn season.

Spring (March-April-May): Spring season in Nepal also deliberate as another best season to do trekking, tour, and mountaineering in Nepal.
