Ngozumpa Tse (5740m)

The highest vantage point on Everest high passes trek in the Khumbu region. Ngozumpa tse is complete black ridge at midst of the 6th & 5th Gokyo Lake at edge of the Ngozumpa glacier. The trail is pretty good up to 5th Gokyo Lake on the rugged-wilderness Gokyo valley at edge of the Ngozumpa glacier, the largest Himalayan glacier. We follow gentle up trail on the moraine of the Ngozumpa glacier with looking gorgeous view of the north face of Mount Everest and Cho Oyu, world 6th highest mountains. After pass the 5th Gokyo Lake, we climb on the black mountain with subsequent pebble trail then terminal trail is complete black rock which also unsustainable. It is ample wilderness mountainous terrain which also windy as well. Should do day trip with sufficient water, energy bar and meals. The summit of Ngozumpa Ri provides close view of massif mount Cho Oyu and ice-covered Himalayan glacier with picturesque view of turquoise 4 Gokyo Lake. Once taken superb photos trek back to Gokyo Lake and if time allow ascend to Gokyo Ri, catch glorious sunset on panoramic Himalayas.

Italian Pyramid (5050m)

The glass house pyramid situated east site of the Lobuche peak on Khumbu valley which also known Italian research center for the climate. It was established in 1987 by trouper Italian mountaineer for aiming to measure the height of the surrounding mountains and the mountainous climate. There are several compartment at the complex for accommodation for travelers, examination room, press room etc.

Imja Tsho (Lake) (5150m)

One of the fast growing glacier lake in the Himalayas till drained out the lake water in 2016. The lake is situated at Imja valley on base of the Island peak and also can reach after physical demanding Ama Lapcha Pass trek. Massif Ima Tsho source is Lhotse Shar glacier and Barutnse glacier. So it is day trip from Chhukung to Imja Lake which is approximately 8 km for round trip. The Island peak base camp day hike begins subsequently breakfast with pack lunch and the appropriate drinking water. We follow gentle up trail in the Imja valley, a rubble of the huge Himalayan glacier. Often chance to talk with island peak climber group and the adventurous trekkers heading down after concurred challenging Anphu Lapcha. Then pleasant walk on flatten path to the big rock where frequently see pre training for the Island peak expedition. Tented camp at Island base camp and the lake is separate by huge moraine like ridge. Once walked to that moraine point have spectacular view of the frozen Island glacier lake. Entire hike provides captivate Mountain View with wasteland landscapes.

Mother neckless base camp is another famed side trek in Everest National park Nepal. Amadablam base camp can be add on any of the trek which leading to Gokyo valley, EBC, Island peak, Everest high passes trek, Everest view trek and Ama lapcha pass as well. ABC is beyond the Everest base camp highway in the peaceful terrace with having sound of the mountainous nature, branch trail leading up east bank of the Imja Khola from Pangboche village. After crossing rain-washed wooden bridge on glacier river mild climbing up on the herb shrubs where often spot Yak grazing with cute baby. Chhukung Ri (5550m)

Chhukung peak, mostly black rocky at end of the Lhotse shar in Imja valley. It is best side trek to view the world 5th highest mount Makalu. Do not be confused upper black rock is the Chhukung Ri but maximum hiker though lower one with Buddhist flag is the Chhukung Ri. Towards the Chhukung Ri commonly ascend up on the crumble and scree trail with having mesmerizing view of the numerous climbing peaks in Imja valley and attractive Mount Makalu. There are 2 optional way to reach Hotel Kongde view which are from Thame and Tok Tok village. But can do day side trek only from Tok Tok village which takes around 11 hours in round trip. Musical adventure trekking conduct day tour to Kongde view from Tok tok. From Tok Tok huge climb-up (1500 m) throughout pristine forest of pine and rhododendron as well wild herb bushes. Food and drink are costly at the lavish hotel, should go with plenty of drinking's, energy bar and pack-lunch. Few trekker's traverse throughout this route which is very silence as well where supreme coincidental to sights wild animals and colorful Himalayan pheasant. Also can have picturesque view of the Namche bazaar and Monju from the viewpoint. We recommend trek over here on March/April where the Himalayan wilder flower are blooming. Entire trail is fairly small but still can see marked to the hotel while coming back should extra care because of the steeply down on crumble path and even windy also in late afternoon. Once arrived on Kongde hotel, any one will be happy with mesmerizing view of the surrounding mountains and deep Sherpa territory valley.
