Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu (1,350 m/4,420 Ft)

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu airport, first onward on the queue and complete formalities of immigration then walk ground flower to claim baggage's. Then continuous walk onward to arrival gate where our official airport representatives will be waiting with your name on placards of Musical Adventure Trekking Pvt. Ltd. Then Musical Adventure representatives will greet you with garland and walk to car parking plot. Now transfer to hotel which takes more or less 30 minute while driving you will have short brief about Kathmandu valley and Nepal. If your body is not shore from long flight can walk around Thamel and look trekking gear for your Everest Gokyo Lake and Ri Trek.

Day 02: Kathmandu valley Cultural Sightseeing

The day to explore the medieval and heritage town in Kathmandu and most of them are listed UNESCO world heritage sites in 1979. You will be introduced with your tour guide in your hotel lobby at 08:30 am then tour will begins at 09:00 am

Swayambhunath: The combined religious spot of Nepal was found after Shakya Muni Buddha passed way. The complex is laying at midst hilltop of Kathmandu and get magnificent view of dense human settlement valley with towering Ganesh himal and Langtang himal. Hundreds of chhorten are in Swayambhunath and second largest Buddhist stupa after Boudhanath with painted of four face of Buddha.

Bouddhanath Stupa: More known as little Tibet in Kathmandu where Tibetan people prostration on the ground and circuit of the largest stupa of the Asia. Day 03: Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2,670 m/8,757 Ft & 3-4hrs trek)

With pack breakfast short drive to domestic terminal in Kathmandu airport then scenic mountain flight to world shortest airstrip called Tenzing-Hillary airport at Lukla which is main entrance to Everest base camp. A 35 minute flight will fly high above the cloud and presents panoramic view of Himalayan range from Ganesh himal, Langtang himal, Rolwaling and Khumbu. As soon as flight land at Lukla, temperature change to cold and surrounded by mountains. Now your guide escort to guesthouse and have some hot drinks then introduce with rest of crew, who will carry and look after your baggage's during the mountain. Day 04: Trek from Phakding to Namche (3,450 m/11,316 Ft & 6hrs trek)

The exciting day with ascending more than 800 m in 6-7 hours walk, as soon as trek begins from Phakding gentle trail lead into the Sherpa village and rhododendron forest with get superb view of stunning water fall at Banker and Jorsalle then massive towering snow peak forehead namely Thamerku and Kusum kanguru. Day 05: Hike to Khumjung and Khunde village

First acclimatization day on Gokyo Lake Trek, you can spend your day in leisure way with walking around Namche village or warm-up your body in into thinair with ascending to Everest view hotel then twin green village Khumjung and Khunde. We Musical Adventure Trekking advice you instead of roaming around Namche better to ascend some hundreds meters higher-up and come back to sleep lower at Namche. As you dream to climb-up Gokyo Ri within few days, should be well acclimatize from here. We advise to you, trek up to Hotel Everest View, while trek up to 3,860 m from Namche your body will involve with stranger climate in cold air and wind which will help you for better respiration in Gokyo valley. Everest view hotel, a deluxe and comfort hotel laying at end of Syangboche on meadow of birch which was built in 1971, a lavish hotel has 12 deluxe room and each room offers great view of Mount Everest and Ama Dablam. The restaurant of lavish hotel is on northeast of the building, have ship of hot drinking and enjoying to see view of superb Himalayas. As time and health allow trek descend to Khumjung and Khunde village, the beautiful village settle on bottom of mount sacred mountain Khumbila. The village has beautiful monastery, stupa, hospital and only one high school in Khumbu which got financial support from Hillary foundation. While walking on wilderness often encounter flora and fauna, wild goat, deer etc. Then turn back to Namche for overnight.

Day 06: Trek from Namche to Dole (4,040 m/13,251 Ft & 5hrs trek)

First eat hot and delicious breakfast at guesthouse and follow northeast trail from village with ascending up through village. We follow classical Everest base camp path up to Kyangjuma where we see old man collecting found for repairing trail. Now change trail leave core trail and follow uphill on massive cliff. The perfume of hubs are quite familiars on the birch meadow to Mong La. Mong La is perfect viewpoint which provides amazing view of Tengboche monastery with together mount Ama Dablam. From here trail drop through rhododendron forest and see picturesque view of Phortse village, a climber village more than 100 people climbed Mount Everest. We stop at Phortse Thagna for lunch then again climb-up on switch-back stony up pass beautiful waterfall on autumn and it will be frozen ice in spring. We continuously follow trail on further north into the forest which is permanently residence of musk deer and Lophophorus (National bird of Nepal). Nearly half dozen basic accommodation are available in Dole with great view of number of mountains.

Day 07: Trek from Dole to Machermo (4,440 m/14,563 Ft & 5hrs trek))

Probably one of the shortest trek day in your journey with gentle climbing up and get superb view of Mount Cho Oyu. The gentle trail pass high meadow with Yak graze. Now instead of potatoes plantation local doing grass farm around here for winter. It probably takes 4hrs from Dole to Machhermo with pass Luza and Lapharma village. Machhermo village is laying on bank of Dudh Koshi River and surrounded by snow peaks. Probably reach Machhermo before lunch period after lunch ascend to nearby ridge for acclimatization after that visit to HRA where you will get more information about altitude.

Day 08: Trek from Machherno to Gokyo Lake (4,730 m/15,514 Ft & 5-6hrs trek)

Another excite day on your Gokyo valley trek, the trail is pretty easy on alpine from Machhermo to Pangga with exceptional view of Cho Oyu, Cholatse and surrounding peaks. After Pangga trail go up on rock and stone-stair till moraine of Zgozumpa glacier then arrive at first Gokyo Lake which is likely green. Then trail constant further up on literally moraine with see marked trail to Gokyo Ri, appear second lake which looks bigger than first lake often see golden colored duck swimming on high altitude lake. We onward trek from second lake on largest Himalayan glacier with enjoying view of surrounding high mountains view then finally arrive 3rd lake which is largest and most beautiful among other lakes. The teahouse are situated on north bank of lake with mountains are on backdrop. After lunch walk up on edge of Ngozumpa glacier and see size of biggest Himalayan glacier, the glacier is breaking down, turn on form of lake and size of glacier is decreasing. Day 09: Hike to Gokyo 5th lake and climb to Ngozumpa Ri (5,553 m/18,212 Ft & 8 hrs

We have spare day at Gokyo which should utilized to explore fourth and five Gokyo lake along with largest Himalayan glacier in the world called Ngozuma. Pretty good trail in moraine with gentle climb up with sights of awesome Mountain View in front. Leaving from Gokyo with pack lunch and drinking water, after hours and half trek in mountainous sights marvelous fourth lake which is situated at lowermost of Gokyo peak. The grit route and altitude probably make your walk tough the astounding view of high snow peak specially north face of Mount Everest and Cho Oyu. Fifth glacier lake likely smaller than 3rd and 4th lake, fifth lake is stand at east base of Ngozumpa Ri. Ngozumpa Tse is standing at height of 5,555 M face to face with mount Cho Oyu. The trail likely go up on small pebble from end of fifth lake with inspiring wider view of blue ice falling down to glacier and melt into to the lake. Strong wind randomly disturb while ascending to Ngozumpa peak. Top part of route is shaking black rocks, need to see foot mark on stone from previous trekker's for onwards to summit of the Ngozumpa Peak. Sixth lake will see north bottom of peak along with Cho Oyu glacier. Day 10: Ascend to Gokyo Ri and then trek descend to Phortse Thanga (3,660 m/12,007 Ft & 6hrs trek)

Wake-up an early morning then exhilarating ascend up to Gokyo peak, basically it takes 2-3 hrs or more but it depending on your walking level on high altitude. Take your own walking pace to reach summit of Gokyo peak, from the top of the 5,360 m peak, you will see surrounding Himalayan view in 3600 degree 4 mountains from out of 14 highest mountains. The pristine green and blue Gokyo Lake along the huge Ngozumpa glacier. The mount tobuche and horizontal cholates dominate sloppy glacier and Gokyo valley. Then trek back to Gokyo Lake after breakfast retrace trek on glacier and grassy meadow at Pangga, Machhermo, Dole then again descend down to Phortse Thanga for overnight. Since you have done long descend, it make you good sleep.

Day 11: Trek from Phortse Thanga to Manju (2,670 m/8,757 Ft & 6hrs trek)

After breakfast 45 minute climb up through birch to Mong La, then descend on high pasture to Kyanjuma where we come-cross crowd than Gokyo valley because of come-catch Everest trail. We follow easy flatten trail to Namche after lunch at Namche drop down to Dudh Koshi River and spend overnight next to river at Monju.

Day 12: Trek from Monju to Lukla (2,860 m/9,380 Ft & 5-6hrs trek)

We descend with together fast flowing milky river and crossing over the multiple suspension bridge with decorated of flower and Buddhist flags.
