Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu (1,350 m/4,428 Ft)

Our official representative will receive you from the Tribhuvan International airport (TIA) with fresh wrath then transfer to hotel by private transport in midst of town of Kathmandu, Thamel. Once you arrive at hotel then complete check in formalities. Thamel is very convenient town of Kathmandu, you can easily access to international and local cuisine restaurant and pick any kinds of shopping travel books, novel, handicraft and trekking gears.

Day 02: Kathmandu to Pokhara (850 m/2,744 Ft & 8 hrs drive)

We are leaving early morning from Kathmandu with deluxe tourist bus, a 7hrs journey will break twice on Prithivi Highway for breakfast and lunch. It will be completely scenic drive, the scenery will be change theatrically like in movies and documentary, grand view of northern Himalayan range will see from Nagdung (snake stone) then valley of lush and green with cultivate landscapes. After that drive follow on bank of Trishuli and Marshyandi River on canyon. Once arrive at Pokhara, in-term of good weather ascend to world peace stupa and get awesome sunset on panoramic Annapurna Himalayan range.

Day 03: Pokhara to Ulleri (2,340 m/7,675 Ft & 5 hrs trek)

The first day of trek starts from Pokhara with scenic drive on Pokhara Jomsom highway, the drive will expose Mountain View and green valley from Naudanda and Kande. Our picturesque drive finished at Nayapul then Ghorepani Ghandrunk village trek begins from here. First day of trek is simply easy with gradually ascending on grit and fine trail through village and cultivate landscapes. The gentle trail goes along the stream with pass typical Nepalese village Ramghai, Sudame, Hille and after Tikhedunga steep climb on stone-step from River to Ulleri. Ulleri village is settlement of Magar ethnic group, a typical cluster house with stone-roof. We see crystalize Mountain View of Annapurna south and Hiuchuli with lush and green valley.

Day 04: Ulleri to Ghorepani (2,780 m/9,118 Ft & 5-6 hrs trek)

We have 5-6 hrs trek from Ulleri to Ghodepani with arising 440 m, the gradual climb trek begins from guesthouse, pass several teashop and local hut with cultural excursion. Then trek route lead into the shrub forest and crossing natural stream where can see birds nest with hooker the tree bark. The forestry part will be colorful with blooming of rhododendron and magnolia in spring. As we arrive Ghorepani, walk through under the beautiful welcome gate with decoration of fresh garland. We keep continuous trek to upper Ghorepani for overnight, upper part is cold but better Mountain View than lower Ghodepani. Fiery golden color sun ray see atop of the Mountain before sun set, around full moon period can see White Mountain with sparking star on moon lights. Ghorepani temperature will be colder than previous night but chimney will make dinning warm from 5 pm to 8 pm then can have very hot shower.

Day 05: Ghorepani to Dobato (3,100 m/10,168 Ft & 5-6 hrs trek)

The first exciting day in your week long adventure in Himalayan country of Nepal, we begins early trek from guesthouse with accordingly sunrise time. It will be a 45 minute strenuous uphill trek from guesthouse to Poon hill viewpoint walking in dark. The trail will be more crowds than previous day, probably queue-up for a while on the ticket counter of Poon Hill where 2 guys selling Poon Hill pass in cost of 50 Rs. The every single climb step and hard breath will repay with amazing sunrise view of Annapurna Himalayan range. You can climb to Major Tek Bahadur view tower to see Himalayan view in 270 degree. Often freezing cold at poon hill should walk with proper trek equipment's, can drink cup of hot drinks and enjoy to see sunrise on Himalayan range. The Ghorepani Poon hill trek is based on view from Poon hill and Mulde hill with typical gurung culture glimpse at Ghandrunk village. Then trek drop down to guesthouse, then other part of trek begins after hot and delicious breakfast at Ghodepani. We have same sort of trekking trail with ascending up as higher as Poon Hill, often walking on bamboo shrubs and pine forest do Deurali. Then short drop down to Dobato for overnight, most of evening we can see flatten cloud layer at bottom of peaks which is unbelieved able view.

Day 06: Ascend to Mulde Hill then trek to Ghandrunk village (1,950 m/6,396 Ft & 5-6 hrs trek)

Another most amazing day in your Himalayan adventure, the 15 minute uphill on gravel trail and grassy path will takes us Mulde hill, A new viewpoint in Annapurna conservation area presents one of the spectacular view of Fishtail with including Dhaulagiri, Barashikhar, Hiuchuli, Annapurna IV, Mt. Manaslu and steamy modi valley and Kaligandaki valley as well. We cannot stand long time in this cold once taken photos walk down to Dobato and have hot drinks and hot breakfast. Compare to previous trek day it is a silence trek without any noise in the forest except the natural clatter. We keep descending into the forest and pass teashop, lodges at Isaru, Messar then finally arrive at Tadapani which is busiest trail of Annapurna base camp and Poon hill Ghandrunk circuit trek trail. Now trail follow east from Tadapani village inside mix vegetation passing few teashop at Bhaisikharka before reaching Ghandrunk village. You can do gurung cultural excursion into the Ghandrung village with visiting gurung museum and upper section of village.The largest typical village on en route of Annapurna Ghorepani Poon Hill trek, outstanding Annapurna views seen from here with striking sunrise.

Day 07: Ghandrunk village to Birethanti(5 hrs trek) then drive to Pokhara

Spectacular sunrise on the Annapurna Mountains see from your room windows then after breakfast trek begins through village with descending on stone-stair. We follow classical trade trail of Ghandrunk Nayapul but bus run in that trail till Siwi. As we planning to trek from Ghandrunk village to Bhirethanti, before we reach Siwi bus station we follow alternative trekking trail with avoiding jeep track through village and cultivate farm with descending to Bhirethati. First we stop Bhirethanti for lunch then after lunch take private transport to go Pokhara, it will be 1:30 minute drive.

A scenic drive from Pokhara to Kathamndu will takes 8 hrs or in optional you can fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu. At Kathamndu you will have free time for shopping a souvenirs for family and friends.

Poon Hill and Muldei Hill trek is outstanding easy trek in Annapurna region with ascending up to 3,500m. Trekking trail is fairly good with ascending stone cases but from Deurali to Dobato will be off beaten track through bamboo forest and yak grazing on parallel ridge. Even it is easy trek, you need to train yourself before get on the boat. The best way to train yourself for Annapurna Poon Hill trek is to strap a pack on your back and go hiking as long as you can with your trekking boot. By doing so your feet and joints will become habituated to the constant walking you will face on the trek. Also be sure to hit the gym and run at least a month.
